Founder LinkedIn, run in your voice and aimed at your buyers.
You know your market better than anyone writing about it. What you don't have is time to post three times a week, reply to every comment and follow up with the people who would make good clients. We take that work off your plate, in your voice, and nothing goes out until you've approved it.
Every month we write and publish your posts, comment where your buyers are already talking, and send connection requests and follow-ups to people who match your ideal client. Your company page gets its own plan, built to back yours up.
Track record
Why most founder LinkedIn stalls
We see the same three patterns over and over. None of them come from having nothing to say.
Two good weeks of posting, then a client problem takes over the calendar. Two months later, the latest post is still about a webinar nobody remembers.
A freelancer or an AI tool turns out posts about "leadership lessons". People who know you can tell within a line, and they stop reading.
Posts do well with peers and other marketers. The buyers you actually want never see them, and nobody turns the attention into a conversation.
Posting on its own is broadcasting.
The founders who get business from LinkedIn also turn up in other people's conversations. A useful comment on a prospect's post puts your name in front of them while they're paying attention. A connection request after that doesn't read like a cold pitch, and a short, human follow-up turns it into a real exchange. Most agencies leave this part out. It's the part that leads to meetings.
Seen mostly by peers. Rarely by buyers.
We ran into exactly this with a logistics client last year. The fix wasn't new software. It was moving the handover meeting a week earlier. Happy to share how we set it up if it's useful.
One useful comment. Then a conversation.
Four layers, each with a different job.
Most LinkedIn services stop at the second layer. They write posts, schedule them and send you a report on impressions. That has some value, but it leaves out the work that actually produces meetings.
We run all four layers together. Your posts give people a reason to recognise your name. Comments put that name in front of the right people. Outreach and follow-ups turn recognition into a conversation you can take off LinkedIn.
Before we start, we agree your ideal client profile with you: industry, company size, job titles, geography and the problems they're trying to solve. It decides what we write about, whose posts we comment on and who gets a connection request.
It should read like you on a good day.
Before we write anything, we build two documents with you. The context file covers your business, offers, clients, opinions and the stories only you can tell. The voice file covers how you open a thought, the words you use, the words you'd never use and how blunt you like to be. Every post, comment and message is checked against both. This is roughly how a passing thought becomes a post.
Voice note, 2 min: "Clients keep asking us for a new website when the real problem is their follow-up. Had one last month, forty leads a week and nobody calling them back for three days…"
A client asked us for a new website last month.
They were getting about forty enquiries a week, and good ones. The average time before anyone called back was three days. By then, most of those people had already spoken to someone else.
We didn't touch the website. We set up a same-day callback rule and a two-line reply for enquiries that come in after hours. Six weeks later, they asked whether they still needed the new site.
Before you rebuild anything, find out how long a lead waits to hear from you.
Checked against
An illustrative example. Real drafts come from your own notes, calls and stories, and nothing is published until you've approved it.

Monthly report
What worked, what didn't and what we're changing. Topics that start real conversations get more room, and formats that fall flat get dropped.
How we run your LinkedIn
The first two weeks are mostly listening, because we can't write like you until we understand how you think. After that the work settles into a weekly rhythm that needs about 30 minutes of your time.
Here is the sequence.
Your reputation took years to build.
We treat it that way.
Who this service is built for
It works best when you have real experience and opinions, your buyers spend time on LinkedIn, and clients choose you because they trust you.
Founders whose clients buy on trust
- Founders and CEOs of B2B service firms, consultancies and tech companies
- Businesses where clients choose on expertise rather than price
- Founders selling into India, the US, the UK, Canada or Australia
- People with plenty to say and no time to write it down
- Architects, doctors, chartered accountants, lawyers and others bound by professional conduct rules. We write about your expertise and your work, and stay inside the rules.
Profile views usually rise in the first month. A steady flow of inbound conversations takes two to three months.
Reach for its own sake
- Low-ticket consumer products sold on price or impulse
- Founders chasing viral numbers rather than conversations with buyers
- Anyone who would rather we posted without their review
- Engagement pods, bought followers or automated mass messaging
If your buyers aren't on LinkedIn, we'll say so on the first call.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on how it works and what to expect.
Ask us directlyHow much of my time does this take?
A one- to two-hour onboarding call at the start, then about 30 minutes a week to review drafts. You can send voice notes or rough thoughts whenever something comes up, and we'll turn them into posts.
Will people know someone else is writing my posts?
They shouldn't. Every post starts from your own ideas and experiences, is written in your voice and is approved by you. Plenty of founders already work with an editor or a communications team. This is the same arrangement, for LinkedIn.
Do you need access to my LinkedIn account?
For commenting and outreach, yes. We agree how access works and what the guardrails are during onboarding, and you can see everything we've done on your account at any time.
How soon will we see results?
Profile views and engagement usually go up within the first month. A steady flow of inbound conversations typically takes two to three months of consistent activity. LinkedIn rewards consistency more than anything else.
Do you manage the company page too?
Yes, it's included. Company page content is planned alongside yours, so the two support each other instead of repeating each other.
What if I don't like a post?
Tell us and we'll rewrite it. Your feedback also goes into your voice file, so the drafts get closer to how you'd write them every month.
My profession has rules about self-promotion. Can you work within them?
Yes. We've built LinkedIn programmes for professionals in regulated fields, focused on expertise, thinking and work rather than solicitation. Tell us the rules you work under and we'll write within them.
Do you work with founders outside India?
Yes. We work with clients in India, the USA, Canada and Australia.
Ready to put your thinking in front of the right people?
On a first call we'll look at your profile, talk through who your buyers are and what you want to be known for, and tell you honestly whether LinkedIn is the right channel to get you there.
