This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at opusmomentum.com and through our day to day client engagements. If you have any questions about anything in this policy, you can reach us at contact@opusmomentum.com.
Information we collect
We try to collect the minimum amount of information needed to run our website and serve our clients well. The information we handle falls into three broad categories.
Information you give us directly
When you submit a contact form, send us an email, request a proposal, or sign up for a newsletter, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and a brief message about your project. If you become a client, we may also receive billing information, communication preferences, and project related materials.
Information collected automatically
When you visit opusmomentum.com, our servers and analytics tools may automatically log your IP address, approximate location (typically city or region), browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on each page, and similar technical data. This information helps us understand how our site is used and where it can be improved.
Information from cookies and similar technologies
We and our analytics partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand visitor behaviour. See section 05 for details.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce significant effects on you.
Analytics and tracking technologies
We use a small set of well known analytics and product intelligence tools to understand how the website is performing. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, scroll behaviour, clicks, and session recordings.
The tools we currently use, or may use in the course of running this website and our marketing campaigns, include:
Provided by Google LLC. Used for high level traffic, audience, and behaviour reporting.
Provided by Microsoft Corporation. Used for heatmaps, session replays, and rage click detection so we can improve usability.
Used to manage the analytics and marketing tags loaded on the site.
May be used in connection with paid campaigns we run on Facebook and Instagram.
May be used in connection with paid campaigns and audience reporting on LinkedIn.
These tools process information on our behalf under their own privacy and data processing terms. We recommend reviewing their respective policies if you want a complete picture of how they handle your data.
You can opt out of most of this tracking using the cookie controls described in section 05, or with browser level tools and extensions such as the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use them in three broad ways.
- Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working, for example by maintaining session security and remembering form state. These cannot be disabled in our settings.
- Analytics cookies help us count visits, identify popular pages, and understand how the site is used. These come from the tools listed in section 04.
- Marketing cookies may be set by advertising platforms when relevant, to measure campaign performance and avoid showing you irrelevant ads.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can usually withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and revisiting the site.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, including hosting, email, analytics, customer relationship tools, and payment processors. These providers are bound by contracts and data processing terms that require them to handle data securely.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where we are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in a corporate change, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any transfer would be subject to this policy or an updated version of it.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. In practice this means:
- Enquiry and proposal data is typically retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction.
- Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, usually 5 to 7 years for financial and contractual records.
- Website analytics data is retained as per the default retention policies of the analytics tools we use, generally between 2 and 26 months.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and routine reviews of the tools and partners we work with. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risks low and respond promptly if something goes wrong.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of data, subject to legal and contractual constraints.
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the basis.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can review and remove it.
International data transfers
We are based in India. Some of our service providers and analytics partners are located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards put in place by those providers, including standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our tools, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the website or by email.
